    Israel stocks higher at close of trade; TA 35 up 1.32% By Investing.com

    Investing.com – Israel stocks were higher after the close on Friday, as gains in the Biomed, Insurance and Technology sectors led shares higher.

    At the close in Tel Aviv, the gained 1.32%.

    The best performers of the session on the TA 35 were Tower Semiconductor Ltd (), which rose 4.48% or 2,900.00 points to trade at 67,700.00 at the close. Meanwhile, Newmed Energy LP () added 3.83% or 62.00 points to end at 1,680.00 and OPC Energy Ltd () was up 3.04% or 283.00 points to 9,593.00 in late trade.

    The worst performers of the session were Strauss Group (), which fell 1.53% or 180.00 points to trade at 11,580.00 at the close. Delek Group () declined 1.42% or 115.00 points to end at 8,012.00 and Enlight Renewable Energy Ltd () was down 1.37% or 360.00 points to 26,000.00.

    Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the by 355 to 98 and 105 ended unchanged.

    was up 2.55% or 2.13 to $85.72 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, rose 1.91% or 1.66 to hit $88.54 a barrel, while the fell 1.43% or 58.50 to trade at $4,041.60 a troy ounce.

    USD/ILS was unchanged 0.12% to 3.06, while EUR/ILS fell 0.25% to 3.51.
